Mr. Shubin has litigated and tried a variety of cases in courts throughout Maryland, District of Columbia and Northern Virginia in front of judges and juries. His primary focus is on representing victims in personal injury matters, such as auto mobile accidents and premise liability cases. In addition, Mr. Shubin represents clients in a variety of business matters. He frequently provides legal advice for new businesses and drafts organic documents for such businesses.
