Serious injury or death in a car accident can strike without warning and leave a family devastated. Forgetting that fact can be frighteningly easy. Modern cars can almost be thought of as spaceships, quiet, comfortable, climate controlled, loaded with more and more entertainment and autonomous functionality with each passing year. But the comfort we travel in does not negate the frightening speeds involved, or remove the danger they bring. Today’s Malloy news brief will cover a recent Manassas fatal car crash.
A Manassas area family is mourning the death of 41-year-old Joseph Franklin LeDoux after a fatal collision in Lake Ridge. LeDoux’s 2014 Hyundai Sonata was struck by a 2018 Dodge Durango on Harbor Drive. Prince William County police determined that LeDoux died at the scene.
